Talex wants our new prospects and customers to feel secure in their decision to choose Talex as an e-commerce provider and has therefore a guarantee: if you should not be satisfied with your webshop and we can not remedy your problem, you have the right to get your money back.

The guarantee applies to all our e-commerce packages from the time you place your order and pay until you choose to open the store for sale (Go live), however, a maximum of 60 days.

Your own domain name for your store (if you already have or get your own domain) .se, .com, .etc. Otherwise, you get a choice of talexshop.com at no extra cost.

The system automatically creates meta tags from the category name, category description, product name, product description, and manufacturer's name on category, product, and manufacturer pages if you do not specify tags yourself. The great advantage of this is that the meta tags become optimal for the specific category or product, which results in better performance in search engines.However, if you wish, you can create your own tags to be displayed instead or turn off the function.

As a customer of Talex, you have access to our designers, programmers, and SEO experts, among others. Do you need features and workflows that go beyond standard solutions or our modules? For the most common business systems and Excel, 3PL, dropshipping, etc., Talex already has ready-made integrations. The Talex API is used for systems where there is no ready-made integration or where a customized solution is desired between Talex e-commerce and another system, such as business systems, databases, CMS, newsletter services, dropshipping, logistics/warehousing, etc.

With the Talex API, other systems can interact with and access, among other things, customer registers, products, order lists, manufacturers, and suppliers. The integration can also be used for connecting to business or point-of-sale systems and similar.

* VAT Information Exchange System. Automatically. Check a company's VAT number, state, and name. If valid so deduct VAT on exports to companies in other EU member states. - by default, all our packages already include VAT exempt / non-VAT upon delivery to the consumer and companies in non-EU countries - including Norway and the Åland Islands.

This module is only really needed for companies selling MOSTLY or entirely business to businesses from a webshop in one EU country to a VAT registered company in another EU Country. Everyone else can add VAT which the other company then deducts.
