Excellent service & support. Was a customer with them from 2003-2012, was very satisfied. In 2012, some of the others in our company wanted to try another shop. We then switched to another system. We shouldn't have done that... the system was buggy and lacked basic features that we had with Talex. Now we have decided to return to Talex where we get a well-thought-out and fully functional system that is easy to administer. Very fast support and good video clip manuals when you want to make changes yourself. In short... I can really recommend TALEX AB

Incredibly good webshop solution. We have been using Talex's webshop solution for almost 2 years. Previously, we had another solution that was far from Talex's professionalism. Talex has definitely helped us and given us the conditions to grow. They are far ahead with new features and if there is something specific you want, it's almost always possible to solve. We are very satisfied and strongly recommend Talex to other smaller companies. The support is probably the best actually. Regardless of the day of the week, you always get prompt feedback if something should be wrong. Talex is not the cheapest on the market, there are others that have lower prices. It was such a solution we used earlier that almost ran our little shop into the ground. For us, it has been worth every penny to use Talex. I know nothing about coding or the like but with Talex's help, I can easily run a store that gives two people full-time jobs. I have received help countless times from support and sometimes I ask direct idiotic questions but always get good answers.
